Rail Gondola Liners

The Cargo Guard division of IWT contract manufactures custom truck, containers and rail gondola liners for the transportation of contaminated materials. Our Black Stallion liners are designed to be easily installed and to provide a secure sift proof package to the destination landfill. The new Load Wrap -N\-Lock design allows for the contractor to adjust the liner to the height of the load and eliminates the need for tarping the load.  A variety of designs and mil gauges allow the contractor to select the most cost effective and safe solution to their transport containment needs. Given sufficient notice Cargo Guard can custom design liners and tarps for you specific project. Our liners are currently in use at several superfund sites and references are available upon request. Super Absorbent Polymer

A significant number of IWT clients ship contaminated soil to destination landfills by rail. Moisture inherent in the soil can cause problems and result in the loads being rejected at the landfill. Mixing super absorbent polymer into the soil during the loading process can effectively eliminate this problem. IWT carries a broad range of cost effective polymers to compliment our gondola liners.
